8 ounces of extra lean ground turkey or beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup (one 8oz can) Hunt’s Tomato Sauce
1 cup (one 8oz can) tomatoes, finely chopped & undrained
10 ounces (one 16oz. can) red kidney beans, rinsed & drained
10 ounces (one 16oz can) butter beans, rinsed & drained
2 cups (one 16oz can) cut green beans, rinsed & drained
1/4 cup Splenda or Stevia
1/4 cup Hormel Bacon Bits
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
In a large skillet sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray, brown meat & onion. Spray a slow cooker container with butter flavored cooking spray. In prepared container, combine browned meat mixture, tomato sauce, & undrained tomatoes. Stir in kidney beans, butter beans & green beans. Add Splenda, bacon bits, parsley flakes & black pepper. Mix well to combine. Cover & cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Mix well before serving.
